Step/Action
This describes the number of the steps or actions contained in each chart.
Step/Actionの欄はそれぞれのチャート内に含まれている「ステップ」あるいは「アクション」の番号を記載している。
A Step is a coordinated transfer of full or partial weight from one foot to another.
「ステップ」とは、連携をしながら、片方の足からもう一方の足に全部あるいは部分的に体重を移動させることである。
An Action is a principal movement, which does not involve a weight transfer.
「アクション」とは、ムーブメントの指針であって、体重移動を伴わないことである。
A row of the chart may be dedicated to a Step or to an Action.
チャートのタテ列は「ステップ」または「アクション」に割り当てられている。
In some figures there is also an extra row, at the beginning of each chart, for a hypothetic preceding step.
